 IC Electronic Components announced the USA government approval to supply military electronic components. The DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY (Defense Logistics Information Services, battle Creek, Michigan) issued the cage code number of 4S0P1 on 6/16/2004.

Glenn Nichols the President and CEO of IC Electronic Components stated that, “This is a step in the right direction,  as IC Electronic Components diversify within the Electronic Components distribution market sector". It is our intension to create a web site and dedicate Industry trained sales people to support this diversification. Our focus will be primarily on two National Stock Numbers (NSN) 5961- and 5962-. We have identified over 327,621 electronic devices we can supply and have expanded our database to include a cross references to the original manufacturers part number.
